Mr. Rickel grew up in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to law school, he worked in the Beverly Hills office of The William Morris Agency in the Motion Picture department. While in law school, Mr. Rickel was named a Writing Fellow and served as a law clerk for both the National Association of Broadcasters and former FCC Chairman Michael Powell.
