Ms. Kucerik focuses her practice on telecommunications law with a special emphasis on corporate transactions for broadcast clients. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting agreements for the acquisition and sale of broadcast assets, negotiating and drafting network affiliation agreements and FCC regulatory compliance counseling.
Ms. Kucerik graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida, receiving a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor concentration in Mass Communications, and earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, she served as Writing Program Director for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy and worked as an intern in FCC Chairman Powell’s office and at the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts.
