Ms. Schneider provides counseling to radio stations and management on day-to-day operational and legal issues, including contests and promotional law, event management and agreements, advertising issues including political broadcasting, compliance with FCC rules and policies, intellectual property, employment and labor matters including equal employment counseling, programming and syndication agreements, and negotiation and preparation of talent and sports rights agreements.
While in law school, Ms. Schneider was the Note and Comment Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal from 2001-2002 and won the State Bar of Wisconsin Award for the Highest Achievement in Telecommunications Law I.
