Mr. Bonomo’s practice focuses on regulatory issues facing the broadcast, satellite and wireless industries. He has extensive experience representing clients before the Federal Communications Commission in rulemaking proceedings, investigations, licensing matters and auctions. Mr. Bonomo also counsels broadcast stations on compliance matters, including programming content, and has negotiated employment and talent contracts, programming agreements and other contracts.
While he was a student at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Bonomo was a member of The Tax Lawyer and a Law Fellow, and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Research and Writing.
