Ms. Feldmann's practice at the firm focuses on business and regulatory issues facing radio and television licensees, including publicly-traded broadcast companies, group owners and small radio and television licensees. She has assisted numerous broadcast clients with the regulatory and transactional aspects of purchases, sales and swaps that resulted from the Telecommunications Act of 1996, including Infinity Broadcasting Corporation’s purchase of the American Radio Systems radio station group, Infinity Broadcasting Corporation’s merger with CBS Corporation, and CBS Corporation's merger with Viacom.
Subsequent to the Infinity/CBS merger, Ms. Feldmann left LS&L to join the firm’s client, CBS, as Assistant General Counsel for Infinity Broadcasting Corporation. During her tenure at CBS, Ms. Feldmann provided legal compliance counseling for Infinity’s 185+ radio station group and worked directly with CBS and Viacom senior management on numerous day-to-day legal issues affecting Infinity Broadcasting Corporation. Ms. Feldmann rejoined the firm in July 2001.
Prior to joining LS&L, Ms. Feldmann worked as an associate in the legislative practices group at the Washington, DC firm of Dickstein, Shapiro, Morin and Oshinsky, LLP.
Ms. Feldmann has served as Chairman of the FCBA’s Charity Auction. During law school, she was a Member of The George Washington University Law Review from 1991-1993, and was also Student Director of the George Washington Consumer Mediation Clinic.
