Ms. Coleman assists broadcast clients with a range of legal and business matters, including FCC regulatory compliance, employment issues, advertising, event management, promotions, and intellectual property matters. She also drafts and negotiates programming agreements, employment and talent agreements, and advertising and promotional agreements.
Prior to joining LS&L, Ms. Coleman practiced law for several years with the Washington, DC firm of Dow, Lohnes and Albertson. During law school, she served on the William and Mary Law Review.
