Ms. Wolf specializes in the representation of radio station owners in all aspects of their day-to-day business and operations and in regulatory matters before the FCC. She specializes in assisting radio clients in employment matters, including the negotiation of talent agreements and on employee disciplinary, termination and discrimination matters. She has authored a guidebook for talent on the awareness and avoidance of racial and ethnic stereotypes and slurs in on-air content. Ms. Wolf also co-drafted an on-air training module on diversity in the workplace. She created a “webinar” instructing radio employees in FCC EEO policy and the implementation of non-discriminatory employment practices.
Ms. Wolf joined the firm after practicing for twelve years with the Washington, DC firm, Dow Lohnes & Albertson. She became a member in 1995.
After receiving her law degree, Ms. Wolf worked on domestic and international communications policy issues at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).
A native of Fairfield, Connecticut, Ms. Wolf has served on the board of the American Juvenile Arthritis Organization and the Washington, DC, chapter of the American Society for the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. She is an active fundraiser for her children’s schools and colleges.
