- March 17, 2008: DEADLINE TO FILE POST-TRANSITION CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATIONS for television stations with a construction deadline of August 18, 2008.

April, 2008
- April 1, 2008: EEO PUBLIC INSPECTION FILE REPORT must be placed in the public inspection files and posted to the websites of radio and television stations that are part of station employment units with five or more full-time employees that are licensed to communities in Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas.
- April 1, 2008: EEO BROADCAST MIDTERM REPORT FORM 397 must be filed by station employment units with eleven or more full-time employees that are licensed to communities in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee.
- April 1, 2008: BIENNIAL OWNERSHIP REPORTS must be filed for radio stations licensed to communities in Delaware, Indiana, kentucky, Pennsylvania and Tennessee, and for television stations licensed to communities in Texas.
- April 1, 2008: BMI AND ASCAP REPORTS must be filed with licensing agencies.
- April 7, 2008: COMMENTS DUE in Low Power FM Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (MM Docket No. 99-25).
- April 10, 2008: QUARTERLY ISSUES/PROGRAMS LISTS FOR Q1 2008 must be placed in broadcast stations’ public inspection files.
- April 10, 2008: QUARTERLY CHILDREN’S TELEVISION PROGRAMMING REPORTS (FORM 398) FOR Q1 2008 must be filed with the FCC and placed in television stations’ public inspection files.
- April 21, 2008: REPLY COMMENTS DUE in Low Power FM Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (MM Docket No. 99-25).
- April 28, 2008: COMMENTS DUE on Report on Broadcast Localism and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (MB Docket No. 04-233; FCC 07-218).

- June 19, 2008: DEADLINE TO FILE POST-TRANSITION CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATIONS for television stations with a construction deadline of February 17, 2009.

- October 20, 2008: FCC FORM 387 (DTV TRANSITION STATUS REPORT) must be filed electronically by all full-power television stations that have not begun operating their full facility as authorized by the post-transition DTV Table Appendix B.
