The FCC has issued an Order specifying service rules and other requirements for hybrid terrestrial digital audio broadcasting for AM and FM radio stations, authorizing multicasting and datacasting, permitting AM stations to broadcast digitally during all hours authorized for analog operation, and authorizing the use of dual antennas.
